Shipping Policy
We deliver our Products to all GCC Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3 – 5 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries.
UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 15 for orders under 300 AED. Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are crafted, personlized and bespoke and is non-refundable.
Items can be given for alterations up till a period of six months from the date of purchase.
Shipping cost for items which require alterations will be borne by the buyer back and forth.
There no guarantee or warranty of any for items except for special occasions if the products delivered are damaged or incorrect.
